A Symbol of Appreciation: Oyo State NYSC Coordinator’s Visit to Accessible Publishers Ltd.

The friendly handshake between the Managing Director, Accessible Publishers Ltd, Mr. Gbadega Adedapo, and the State Coordinator, Oyo State NYSC, Chief Odoba Abel Oche, cemented the beginning of a good partnership. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and camaraderie as they exchanged handshakes, marking the start of a fruitful collaboration

Today, Wednesday, January 15, 2025, marked a significant moment of appreciation and gratitude as the Oyo State NYSC Coordinator, Chief Odoba Abel Oche, accompanied by Miss Dolapo Adaramodu and Mr. Adeyinka Abraham, paid a visit to Accessible Publishers Ltd.

The purpose of the visit was to express heartfelt appreciation to the Managing Director, Mr. Gbadega Adedapo, for his financial contributions to the development of infrastructure at the Iseyin permanent camp of NYSC.

As Chief Odoba Abel Oche presented his remarks, he eloquently wove a tapestry of words, rich in alliteration, idioms, and proverbs. He emphasized that the gift was not solely for Oyo State, but for the entire nation, as every Nigerian, regardless of ethnicity, region, or community, would benefit from the project. “A river that forgets its source will surely dry up,” he quoted, highlighting the importance of acknowledging and appreciating the contributions of others.

Chief Odoba Abel Oche’s presentation was a masterclass in effective communication, as he employed vivid imagery and symbolism to drive home his points. He noted, “If you don’t have a calendar, you cannot have an agenda; if there is no mystery, you cannot have history.” These words of wisdom underscored the significance of planning, strategy, and the importance of learning from the past.

The Managing Director of Accessible Publishers Ltd, Mr. Gbadega Adedapo, responded warmly to the appreciation, expressing his commitment to supporting the youth and contributing to the development of the nation. He emphasized his readiness to do more to assist the youths, demonstrating his dedication to the cause.

The visit also presented an opportunity for consolidation and partnership. The Registrar of Best In Print Academy, Mr. Olufemi Timothy Ogunyejo, presented partnership opportunities to the NYSC, highlighting the various areas where Corps Members can acquire skills, including graphic design, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship. Mr. Moses Adetola, Consultant at Best In Print Technology, also addressed the NYSC State Coordinator, discussing training programs in coding, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

As Chief Odoba Abel Oche was conducted round the facilities, he was particularly impressed by the state-of-the-art ICT training facilities at Best Technologies, a subsidiary of Accessible Publishers Ltd. He aptly described Best Technologies as the “Home of Champions,” acknowledging the company’s commitment to equipping youths with cutting-edge skills.

It would be recalled that visit that the NYSC had previously visited Accessible Publishers Ltd, on Wednesday November 20, 2024 which is a demonstration to the good and growing partnership between the two organizations.

The visit was witnessed by some of the Management Members , including Mr. Taiwo Akanni, General Manager, Operations; Ms. Samuella Ndaeyo, Admin. Manager; and Mr. Tosin Akeredolu, Personal Assistant to the Proprietor/Customer Relations Manager, Mr. Dapo Adebayo, Head of ICT& Digital Media among others.

As the visit came to a close, it was clear that the appreciation expressed by Chief Odoba Abel Oche and the NYSC team was not merely a formality, but a genuine recognition of the impact of Mr. Gbadega Adedapo’s contributions. As the saying goes, “A little kindness goes a long way.”

Today’s visit demonstrated that even the smallest acts of appreciation can have a profound impact on individuals and communities.
